Teleperformance - 08.15.2022

Teleperformance continues to advocate for diversity, inclusion, and the safety and security of our people. We are thankful every time our employees recognize our commitment to their happiness, motivations, safety, and development. This is why we are honored to announce that Teleperformance ranked 8th on Great Place to Work®’s (GPTW®) Best Workplaces in Latin America™ list in the Multinational size category!

As the global authority on workplace culture, GPTW® follows a global standard in defining high-performing workplaces in all sectors and has recognized companies for notable workplace environment and strong culture. Its proven model and methodology, including its Trust Index© Survey and Great Place to Work® Trust Model©, have guided research on workplace culture for decades. This recognition is a testament to our global commitment of enriching the employee experience for our 420,000-strong workforce around the world.

According to the press release, 125 organizations were selected for the Best Workplaces in Latin America® list this year. Surveys were taken by 1.5 million employees from over 2,000 organizations in 32 countries across Latin America, including Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.

To be eligible, companies must be previously included GPTW®’s Best Workplaces list encompassing the Latin America region. The survey featured over 1.5 million employees in Latin America, whose responses were based on the key factors that create great workplaces for all. The survey also assessed company workplace programs in the region.

Ranking 8th in the Multinational category, Teleperformance satisfied GPTW®’s conditions of appearing on at least three national lists in Latin America, having at least 1,000 employees worldwide, and at least 40% of those employees located outside the company’s headquarters.

“Congratulations to the Best Workplaces in Latin America™ for putting the well-being of their employees first,” said Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place to Work®. “During an incredibly challenging time for the region, these companies created equitable workplaces by providing flexibility and supporting their employees through strife. The Best Workplaces in Latin America™ embody the mission of Great Place to Work® and are indeed making work great for all.”

As always, this milestone is the result of our people, and our never-ending passion to keep our employees at the center of our organization. We remain grateful to our employees for their constant trust and confidence in us.

From all of us, congratulations to all our Teleperformance teams in Latin America! #ProudtobeTP
